European projects put emphasis on transnational creation, innovation, mobility for artists as well as on strenghtening institutional capacity. But what is the impact of international collaborations on the day-to-day work of artistic organizations? Can European projects facilitate the connection to new audiences and favour the sustainability of music institutions? How can we leverage on hybrid events to enlarge international audience and enhance international cooperation and creativity in the post pandemics?

With the aim of generating a space for mutual learning, three directors will share insights on these topics through their artistic program and the projects they are currently working on.
