The Improvisation Workshop is aimed to both students and professionals, with no age or nationality limit, interested in the current improvisation.
Teacher of the workshop
The Improvisation Workshop Mixtur 2019will be taught by the french double-bassist, improviser and composer:

General program
The workshop will take place from April 22nd to April 25th.
Joëlle Léandre will adapt the content of the workshop depending on the number of the attendees and the instruments they play.
The workshop will have 3 working sessions (22nd, 23th and 24th of April from 10am to 1pm) and a final concert that will be part of the Festival Mixtur 2020 official programme (April 25th from 10am to 1.30pm).
During the workshop days, Joëlle Léandre will give a Master Class in which he will present his work as improviser and composer.
The Master Classes given by teachers from other workshops are also part of the program. These presentations will take place during the days of the Improvisation Workshop and will be taught by the composers Chaya Czernowin, Martín Matalón and Elena Mendoza.
Enrolment
The enrollment includes free access for both,
active and passive participants, to all the activities and concerts of Festival Mixtur 2020 taking place at Fabra i Coats-Fàbrica de Creació.
The organization will contact the selected participants during january.
Participation in this call implies acceptance of these rules.
