A brief tour of the history of the mixed duo formed by piano and electronics through some of the most emblematic works for the group. In addition, the different interaction models between the pianist and the electronic part will be shown.
Biography
Belonging to a generation of classical performers committed to contemporary music, Alberto Rosado divides his vocation between interpretation and teaching, chamber and solo recital, orchestra and electronics. His musical vision has been enriched by working with Boulez, Lachenmann, Halffter, De Pablo, Hosokawa and other composers. He has played solo, with orchestras and ensembles at festivals in Europe, America and Asia, and has around thirty recordings with IBS, Kairos, Neos, NEU, Verso, Play Classical and Naxos. Currently, he is a professor at the Superior Conservatory of Castilla y León, where he directs the Contemporary Music Workshop.
