Biography
Matteo Cesari (b. 1985, Bologna, Italy) is a dynamic artist and researcher specializing in contemporary music interpretation. With a distinguished career worldwide, he earned his doctoral degree with honors from the University Paris IV. Cesari collaborates with esteemed composers, performs globally with renowned orchestras, and shares his expertise through international masterclasses. He recently released a comprehensive recording of Salvatore Sciarrino’s solo flute works for Kairos, showcasing his profound influence on contemporary music.
